I am a trained psychotherapist, with a Masters in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from University College Cork. I am a fully accredited member of IAHIP (Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy) and IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).  I see clients at Fitzwilliam Place in Dublin 2 and in Drumcondra, Dublin 9. I also provide online therapy by video or phone.

My work is from a person centered perspective, integrating relevant therapeutic techniques which are proven to help people advance and make progress in becoming fully whole. Person centered psychotherapy helps you to re-connect, to get back in touch with yourself, to connect with the ‘you’ that has always been there, but that may have become a little lost along life’s twists and turns.

At the heart of your therapy experience you will meet me in a safe, non-judgemental space through which we can establish an authentic relationship.

I deeply believe that psychotherapy is a natural part of wellness, not just a crisis intervention. It is investment in yourself, at a most profound and meaningful level.

Together we will unravel confusion and overwhelming feelings you may be experiencing, freeing you to live life to the fullest.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, confidence issues, relationship difficulties, social anxieties, addiction tendencies, depressed or worried feelings, issues of self-identity, or concerns around sexuality. Perhaps one of these is close to how you may be feeling?
